At Sene’s Coffee, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee straight to your doorstep with care and speed.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Nigeria (Local Delivery):

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in selected cities)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes

Sene’s Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping partners, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
